Where do we deliver?

We deliver in Switzerland and all the European countries.

How much is the delivery cost?

The cost of delivery varies with your destination country:
- 8–10 CHF for Switzerland
- 8.5 CHF for France
- 16 CHF within Europe

You can find out the exact delivery cost by updating your delivery address during the checkout process.
For orders exceeding 100 CHF, the delivery costs will be offered.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders in Switzerland: 3–5 business days after dispatch confirmation
International orders: 7–10 business days

What if I am not happy with my order?

You can return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your package.
Note:
- No exchanges for items with a different product code
- Items must be in original condition: undamaged, unused, unstained, and unwashed
