What if I am not happy with my order?

You may return items within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be processed within 15 business days once items are received in original state (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

Important Notes:

- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- For returns from outside Switzerland, use a service with tracking

What is the exact process to place a refund request?

Email admin@tenlines.ch within 14 days with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue (if any)
- Whether it is a return or exchange
- New size/color for exchange

We will provide return instructions.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, within 14 days if the item isn’t the right size or model.

Important Notes:
- No exchanges for different product codes
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Customer pays for return shipping
- We pay for the new shipment
